Step 1: First Consultation (free)

  • Discuss general ideas of what potential client is looking for in their property.

  • Provide verbal rundown of our construction process and what to expect.

  • A landscape construction contract will be sent to client in 3-5 business days (Sometimes longer for larger or more

    complex projects).

Step 2: 811 Utility Marking

  • A dig ticket will be set up through 811 to mark utilities before project begins.

  • White spray paint will be used to mark site boundary on the street.

  • Paint will be water based.

Step 3: Pre-construction site visit

  • Right before start of project, landscape estimator and head foreman will do a site walkthrough to go over scope of

    project.

  • Client does not need to be present for this step but are more than welcome to join if available.

Step 4: Construction begins

  • Work will begin no earlier than 7:30 am and no later than 4:00 pm (Unless certain situations arise, which in that case

foreman will approach homeowners on any time discrepancies).

  • Heavy equipment may be needed depending on access for either excavation or material transportation.

  • Foreman will be on site everyday in case client has any questions or concerns during the construction phase.

  • In the scenario client would like to add or remove work from original contract, we will send a change order.
